First and foremost, I’m human and I don’t have all the answers. But I’m here to help you discover your strengths and resilience.

My focus is on building a trusting, safe therapeutic relationship where you can be yourself. I believe in authenticity, the power of our shared humanity, and the healing that can come through laughter. Together, we’ll explore different perspectives to empower you to overcome what’s holding you back from living a vibrant, healthy life.

How do we get there? I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is an evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy that reduces the intensity of traumatic memories and rewires negative beliefs. Through EMDR, we identify limiting beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m unlovable,” explore how we came to believe those things, and reprocess them to promote healing and self-worth.

In addition to EMDR, I also incorporate other evidence-based modalities including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). ACT encourages mindfulness to overcome the negative attitudes, thoughts, and feelings that result from difficulties that come with life. CBT is an approach that allows you to address your goals by considering the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that support desired behaviors.
